The 'Ethereal Ladies' portrait series

I've been creating a series of portraits called the Ethereal Ladies, which so far features clowns, fairies, vampires, sirens, and a lady with clouds for hair, who I envisioned as a kind of sky goddess. They are all loosely tied together by their otherworldly nature and glowing, mystical eyes. The idea was to capture an ethereal kind of femininity, with nods to folklore and fairytales. I'm sure I will be adding more to this series as time goes on, as I definitely want to add something ghostly to the mix. (I also love the idea of doing 12, one for each zodiac sign!). I've so far released prints for four of these, which can be found on my Etsy page.
